AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE is required to provide CLEC with timely, complete and correct information to enable CLEC to meet the requirements of this Section.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE will bill WSP for the entire cost of the Facility. WSP will then apply AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE’s Facility percentage to the cost of the Facility to determine the amount WSP shall bill AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE will provide to WSP, on a quarterly basis, a percentage, representing AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE’s proportionate share of the Facilities. 2.3.6.8
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATTEraffic between CLEC and Wireless Type 1 Third Parties or Wireless Type 2A Third Parties that do not engagein Meet Point Billing withAT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATsEhall not be treated as Transit Traffic from a routing or billing perspective until such time as such traffic is identifiable as Transit Traffic.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STAT–EFacilitiesand trunking (orderingp, rovisioning, servicing, etc.) pursuant to CLEC’s Interconnection Agreement(s) for Transit Trunk uGprso or Third Party TrunkGroups will be utilized for the routing of Transit Traffic.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE will perform duplicate record checks on records processed to ODUF. Any duplicate messages detected will be deleted and not sent to CARRIER.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE Jurisdictional Reporting Process to include the following:
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE may, at its option, move to a single LWC Usage rate element, listed as Local Wholesale Complete Usage, per mou in the AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION 9-STATE Pricing Schedule. If AT&T, at its option, moves to this single rate element, it may require AT&T Billing System modifications. If and when those modifications are complete, AT&T shall notify CARRIER, that the single LWC Usage rate shall apply going forward.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. STATE shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon fifteen (15) days notice to CARRIER.
AT&T SOUTHEAST REGION. 9-STATE shall not be liable to CARRIER for any act or omission of another entity providing services to CARRIER.
