Common use of Attachment Garnishment Clause in Contracts

Attachment Garnishment. The issuance of any attachment or garnishment against the Developer and the failure to discharge the same (by bond or otherwise) within thirty (30) days from the issuance thereto and the impact of which shall materially and adversely affect the Developer’s ability to perform its obligations hereunder; or

Attachment Garnishment. The issuance of any attachment or garnishment against the Developer and the failure to discharge the same (by bond or otherwise) within thirty sixty (3060) calendar days from the issuance thereto thereof, and the impact of which shall materially and adversely affect the Developer’s 's ability to perform its obligations hereunder; or
