Attendance at a Camp for Annual Continuous Obligatory Training. (a) An employee may be granted leave for a period not exceeding 75 hours on full pay in any period of twelve months commencing on July 1, in each year. (b) If the Employee-in-Charge of a military unit certifies that it is essential for an employee to be at the camp in an advance or rear party, a maximum of 30 extra hours on full pay may be granted in the twelve month period.
