Attendance Support Program. Leaves covered under the Ontario Employment Standards Act and absences due to disability will not be counted for the purposes of being placed in or progressing through the steps of CAMH’s Attendance Support Program. The term “disability” in this paragraph includes an injury or disability for which benefits were or are payable under the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.
