Attending Court / Jury Duty / Subpoena. The Employer shall grant leave of absence without loss of Seniority benefits to an employee who is required by warrant, writ or subpoena to appear before a court or tribunal as a juror or witness as a result of the good faith performance of his/her duties. The Employer shall pay such an employee the difference between normal earnings and the payment received for jury service or as witness fee. The employee shall present a copy of the process papers which required his/her presence in court, proof of service and the amount of pay received.
