ATTENDING DISCIPLINARY HEARINGS. Should an employee during the employee's hours off, be summoned to the office of his/her Supervisor or Division Manager for alleged violation of Authority rules, and should it be found that the wrong employee has been summoned, said employee shall be allowed the actual time from the time he/she reports to the designated office (time of arrival and departure to be recorded by the Division Manager or Supervisor), until released by the Division Manager or Supervisor, at the regular straight-time rate of pay with a minimum of twenty (20) minutes for reporting.
