Common use of Attorneys’ Fees and Class Representative Incentive Payment Clause in Contracts

Attorneys’ Fees and Class Representative Incentive Payment. To the extent that the Court orders an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses to any Class Counsel, or an Incentive Payment to the Class Representatives, such awards will be paid from the Settlement Amount within fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date.
