Mailing Sample Clauses

Mailing. Mailings of DHCS PHI or PI shall be sealed and secured from damage or inappropriate viewing of PHI or PI to the extent possible. Mailings which include 500 or more individually identifiable records of DHCS PHI or PI in a single package shall be sent using a tracked mailing method which includes verification of delivery and receipt, unless the prior written permission of DHCS to use another method is obtained.

Mailing. Mailings containing PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY shall be sealed and secured from damage or inappropriate viewing of PHI to the extent possible. Mailing. Mailing services provided to the Fund shall consist of (i) ------- annual preparation of a list of Shareholders owning Shares, (ii) semi-annual distribution of a report to Shareholders, (iii) mailing proxies, (iv) receiving and tabulating proxies and mailing Shareholder reports to current Shareholders, (v) certifying Share vote totals, (vi) assisting with the annual meeting of Shareholders , if any, and (vii) upon request of the Fund, mailing to each Shareholder such other information relating to the Fund as the Fund may reasonably request.

Mailing. On the day the Notice is postmarked for mailing, postage prepaid, by First Class or Certified United States Mail and actually deposited in or delivered to the United States Mail. Any party may change its address for Notice under this MDA by giving written Notice to the other party in accordance with the provisions of this Section.
