Attorneys’ Fees Award and Costs Payment. As part of seeking the Superior Court’s final approval of this Settlement, Class Counsel will apply to the Superior Court for attorneys’ fees of no more than thirty percent (30%) of the Maximum Settlement Amount, plus reimbursement for the costs of litigation.
