ATTORNEY'S FEES FOR ENFORCEMENT. Borrower shall pay all legal fees incurred by Lender in connection with (i) the preparation of the Note, this Security Instrument and the Other Security Documents; and (ii) the items set forth in Section 19.1 above, and (b) Borrower shall pay to Lender on demand any and all expenses, including legal expenses and attorneys' fees, incurred or paid by Lender in protecting its interest in the Property or the Collateral or in collecting any amount payable hereunder or in enforcing its rights hereunder with respect to the Property or the Collateral, whether or not any legal proceeding is commenced hereunder or thereunder and whether or not any default or Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date paid or incurred by Lender until such expenses are paid by Borrower.
ATTORNEY'S FEES FOR ENFORCEMENT. (a) Subject to any applicable express limitations set forth herein and/or in the other Loan Documents, Borrower shall pay all reasonable legal fees incurred by Lender in connection with the items set forth in Section 20.1 above and (b) Borrower shall pay to Trustee or Lender on demand any and all expenses, including reasonable legal expenses and attorneys’ fees, reasonably incurred or paid by Trustee or Lender in protecting its interest in the Property or Personal Property or in collecting any amount payable hereunder or in enforcing its rights hereunder with respect to the Property or Personal Property, whether or not any legal proceeding is commenced hereunder or thereunder and whether or not any default or Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date paid or incurred by Trustee or Lender until such expenses are paid by Borrower.

Mortgagor shall pay all reasonable legal fees incurred by Lender in connection with (i) the preparation of the Note, the Loan Agreement, this Security Instrument and the Other Security Documents; and (ii) the items set forth in Section 18.1 above, and (b) Mortgagor shall pay to Lender on demand any and all expenses, including reasonable legal expenses and attorneys' fees, incurred or paid by Lender in protecting its interest in the Property or the Collateral or in collecting any amount payable hereunder or in enforcing its rights hereunder with respect to the Property or the Collateral, whether or not any legal proceeding is commenced hereunder or thereunder and whether or not any default or Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date paid or incurred by Lender until such expenses are paid by Mortgagor.

ATTORNEY'S FEES FOR ENFORCEMENT. In the event that any Settling Party to this Agreement shall file or be required to defend any action to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all of the prevailing party’s reasonable and documented third party expenses and costs associated with such action, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees
ATTORNEY'S FEES FOR ENFORCEMENT. ATTORNEY'S FEES FOR ENFORCEMENT. In the event litigation is necessary to enforce a provision or provisions of this Settlement Agreement, all costs, expenses and attorneys' fees, whether taxable or not, shall be paid by the non-prevailing party or parties to the prevailing party or parties.

Grantor shall pay to Beneficiary on demand any and all expenses, including legal expenses and attorney’s fees, incurred or paid by Beneficiary in protecting its interest in the Property or Personal Property or in collecting any amount payable hereunder or in enforcing its rights hereunder with respect to the Property or Personal Property, whether or not any legal proceeding is commenced hereunder or thereunder and whether or not any default or Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date paid or incurred by Beneficiary until such expenses are paid by Grantor.
ATTORNEY'S FEES FOR ENFORCEMENT. Debtor shall pay, on demand, any and all expenses, including legal expenses and reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred or paid by any Secured Party in protecting its interest in the Collateral or in collecting any amount payable hereunder or in enforcing its rights hereunder with respect to the Collateral, whether or not any legal proceeding is commenced hereunder or thereunder and whether or not any default or Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing, together with interest thereon at the Default Rate (as such term is defined in the respective Deeds of Trust) from the date paid or incurred by such Secured Party until such expenses are paid by Debtor.
