Audio Recording Sample Clauses

Audio Recording. An audio record of any or all oral Orders, and any other oral communications between the Parties, including Users, may be taken and maintained by AFEX, and Client hereby expressly authorises and agrees to the taking and maintaining of such records. All audio recordings are AFEX’s sole property, subject to applicable law. Client agrees that such recordings may be relied upon by AFEX in the event of any dispute.

Audio Recording. An audio record of any or all oral Instructions, and any other oral communications between the Parties, including Users, may be taken and maintained by Xxxxxxxx and Client hereby expressly authorises and agrees to the taking and maintaining of such records. All audio recordings are Argentex’s sole property, subject to applicable law. Client agrees that such recordings may be relied upon by Xxxxxxxx in the event of any dispute.
Audio Recording. The audio portion of the inspection report shall include the location or identification of the section, manhole-to-manhole, direction of travel, and the distance traveled on the specific run encountered. The digital scanning equipment shall be continuously connected to the monitoring equipment. The digital scanning unit and monitoring equipment shall have the built-in capability to allow the Engineer to instantly review both the audio and visual quality of the recording at all times during the assessment survey.

  • Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing. The Trust, upon request, further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by Applicable Law.

  • No Recording Purchaser shall not cause or allow this Contract or any contract or other document related hereto, nor any memorandum or other evidence hereof, to be recorded or become a public record without Seller’s prior written consent, which consent may be withheld at Seller’s sole discretion.   • Access to Records; Copies The Assuming Bank agrees to permit the Receiver and the Corporation access to all Records of which the Assuming Bank has custody, and to use, inspect, make extracts from or request copies of any such Records in the manner and to the extent requested, and to duplicate, in the discretion of the Receiver or the Corporation, any Record in the form of microfilm or microfiche pertaining to Deposit account relationships; provided, that in the event that the Failed Bank maintained one or more duplicate copies of such microfilm or microfiche Records, the Assuming Bank hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Corporation one such duplicate copy of each such Record without cost to the Corporation, and agrees to deliver to the Corporation all Records assigned and transferred to the Corporation under this Article VI as soon as practicable on or after the date of this Agreement. The party requesting a copy of any Record shall bear the cost (based on standard accepted industry charges to the extent applicable, as determined by the Receiver) for providing such duplicate Records. A copy of each Record requested shall be provided as soon as practicable by the party having custody thereof.
