Audio visual technicians. Hirer must employ a minimum of 1 audio visual technician for each Event held in the Plaza Ballroom or Great Hall (in any configuration). However, the final number of audio visual technicians required for the Event will be determined by BCEC Management based on the level of technical production provided for the Event. Xxxxx must also ensure that all audio visual technicians employed by Xxxxx and Xxxxx’s representatives meet the Centre’s dress and presentation standards.
