External Audit (a) The Beneficiary or the Executing Agency, as the case may be, shall present to the Bank, during the period of Project execution and within the deadlines and with the frequency provided in the Special Conditions of this Agreement, the Project’s financial statements and other reports, and any additional financial information relating thereto that the Bank may request, in accordance with accounting principles and standards acceptable to the Bank.
Internal Audit (1) Within sixty (60) days, the Board shall adopt, implement, and thereafter ensure Bank adherence to an independent, internal audit program sufficient to:
Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions.
Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
Audit Cooperation In the event either Party is audited by a taxing authority, the other Party agrees to cooperate fully with the Party being audited in order to respond to any audit inquiries in a proper and timely manner so that the audit and/or any resulting controversy may be resolved expeditiously.
Audit Controls P. Contractor agrees to an annual system security review by the County to assure that systems processing and/or storing Medi-Cal PII are secure. This includes audits and keeping records for a period of at least three (3) years. A routine procedure for system review to catch unauthorized access to Medi-Cal PII shall be established by the Contractor.
Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.
Monitoring and Auditing 7.1. Site visits by Sponsor and/or its authorized designee (e.g., Study monitor) will be scheduled in advance for times mutually acceptable to the Parties during normal business hours. Sponsor’s and/or authorized designee’s access is subject to reasonable safeguards to ensure confidentiality of medical records and systems.
MONITORING OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE 19.1 Monthly status reports During Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Bus Terminal including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
Accounting and Financial Reporting 6.1. The Bank shall maintain separate records and ledger accounts in respect of the Contributions deposited in the Trust Fund account and disbursements made therefrom.
