Audit and Independent Verification. CL&P reserves the right to audit field work at any time. CL&P reserves the right to audit data collection and analyses completed by AER at any time, other than during the Control Season unless an Emergency exists, or as mandated by regulatory requirements and may, at any time, conduct or cause to be conducted an independent verification and/or audits of data collection and analyses completed by AER pursuant to this Agreement. AER shall cooperate fully with CL&P, and any contractor retained by CL&P, in connection with any such audits or independent verification.
