AUDIT AND RECORDKEEPING PROVISIONS. Grantee shall maintain satisfactory financial accounts, documents and other records for the Project and shall retain all documentation necessary to substantiate the purposes for which the Grant funds were spent for a period of three years after the certification of Project completion has been submitted. Grantee agrees that the California State Auditor and Authority Staff may conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure that Grantee is using the Grant consistent with Program requirements and the terms of this Agreement.
