Audit and Retention of Records. The Contractor shall permit authorized representatives of the AOC and/or its designee at any reasonable time to inspect, copy, or audit any and all records and documentation related to the performance of the Agreement, including records related to xxxxxxxx and other financial records. The Contractor shall allow the auditor(s) access to such records during normal business hours and shall allow the auditor(s) to interview any employees or others who might reasonably have information related to such records. Further, the Contractor agrees to include the same right of the AOC to audit records and interview staff in any subcontract related to performance of this Agreement.
