AUDIT AND RIGHT OF ACCESS. 15.1 All Partners shall promote a culture of probity and sound financial discipline and control. The Host Partner shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the Pooled Fund. 15.2 All internal and external auditors and all other persons authorised by the Partners will be given the right of access by them to any document, information or explanation they require from any employee, member of the Partner in order to carry out their duties.
