Audit of Services and Payments. The Contractor agrees the HSP may audit at any time or times during the Term or within 24 months after the expiry of the Term any Services provided by the Contractor and any payments made to the Contractor under this Agreement. The Contractor agrees to cooperate with the auditor and provide all information and documentation reasonably required for the audit. Nothing in this clause 5.6 entitles the HSP to enter the Contractor's premises.
