Common use of Audit or Examination of Records Clause in Contracts

Audit or Examination of Records. (1) The Consultant agrees that any authorized representative of the Board shall have access to and the right to examine, audit, excerpt and transcribe any directly pertinent books, documents, paper, and records of the Consultant relating to this contract.
