Audit Site Conditions. SBBC’s agent or its authorized representative shall have access to VENDOR’s facilities and to any and all records related to this Agreement, and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to exercise the rights permitted under this section.

SBBC’s agent or its authorized representative shall have reasonable access to any and all records related to this Agreement, subject to TOWN’s reasonable security procedures, and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space at the TOWN facility where such records are located in order to exercise the rights permitted under this section.
