Auditing Classes Clause Samples

The "Auditing Classes" clause defines the terms under which individuals may attend a class without receiving credit or a grade. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting permission to audit, any associated fees, and the extent of participation allowed, such as whether the auditor can engage in class discussions or access course materials. Its core function is to provide a structured way for learners to benefit from course content informally, while maintaining clear boundaries between enrolled students and auditors.

Other fees that may be charged (e.g., course material, late registration, SEVIS, etc.) are the responsibility of the member. Normal rules and procedures for audit status apply.
