Common use of Auditor-General and Privacy Commissioner Clause in Contracts

Auditor-General and Privacy Commissioner. The rights of the Commonwealth through ACIAR or its representative under clause 33.2(a)(i) to 33.2(a)(iii) apply equally to the Auditor-General or a delegate of the Auditor-General, or the Privacy Commissioner or a delegate of the Privacy Commissioner, for the purpose of performing the Auditor-General's or Privacy Commissioner's statutory functions or powers.
