Common use of Auditors' Materials Clause in Contracts

Auditors' Materials. Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all management letters and reports regarding the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries submitted to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries by independent public accountants in connection with each annual audit report made by such accountants of the books of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;
