Retail Sales. No retail sales, where payment is received and product delivered, are permitted in the exhibit hall of the Event (“Exhibit Hall”) at any time. Payment and/or orders may be taken for future delivery.
Retail Sales. Retail sales are not permitted in the Exposition Hall. Exhibitors may take orders, but cash and/or credit transactions are not allowed in the Exposition Hall.
Retail Sales. A permanent retail store will be provided for sale DoRAFT f team memorabilia and merchandise for the professional teams. This store will be located so that access can be made from both inside and outside the arena and is adjacent to the ticket office. Electrical power connections and data outlets will be provided for portable carts that can be distributed throughout the main and upper concourses to supplement event day sales and to support Program Sales. These carts will also be utilized by touring groups who wish to sell souvenirs and recordings during concert events.
Retail Sales. GLSPS encourages a dynamic sales plan to draw show attendees to your booth. Collection and payment of any state or local sales taxes is the responsibility of the exhibitor and exhibitor shall indemnify GLSPS against such taxes, if any.
Retail Sales. To the best of Borrower's knowledge, 75% or more in dollar volume of Borrower's total sales of all goods in the 12 month period preceding the date of this Agreement were for personal, family or household purposes.
Retail Sales. The Tribe and/or its Tribal Enterprise may sell marijuana products in Indian Country pursuant to the Chehalis Tribal Code and this Compact. This Compact does not permit Tribal Member Businesses to conduct retail sales of marijuana products in Indian Country without the prior written approval of the Chehalis Indian Tribe Business Committee.
Retail Sales. A small retail sales operation will be allowed and is exclusive to this lease. The sale of clothing, souvenirs and/or traditional beach-related goods from inside the Concession building is permitted. Display of beach chairs, umbrellas, windbreaks and other comparable equipment offered for sale or rent will not be permitted on the Concession deck, Bandstand, Park, Beach or Parking Lot.
Retail Sales. It is understood by VIDEONE that CLIENT currently sells and will in the future sell the PRODUCT through retail and other marketing channels. It is understood by CLIENT that the Infomercial and/or spots will drive retail sales. CLIENT agrees to compensate VIDEONE for all retail sales inside the United States not covered by the exclusivity provisions of this agreement (below 6.5) in the following manner:
(a) The compensation referred to in this Section 6.4 shall begin after the Show has 30 verified airings in the United States.
(b) The compensation shall cease at the point in time when the number of PRODUCT units sold through retail channels equals seven (7) times the aggregate number of such units sold through Direct Response Broadcast of the SHOW.
(c) The compensation shall be seven percent (7%) of the Gross Revenue received by CLIENT from retail sales.
Retail Sales. For retail sales made by BBI, BBI shall provide to JOE'S every two (2) weeks with a sales report of the Products by door, by style and color, by sales price and by day.
Retail Sales. Tenant shall not sell, or permit the sale at retail, of ------------ newspapers, magazines, periodicals, theater tickets or any other goods or merchandise to the general public in or on the Premises. Tenant shall not make any room-to-room solicitation of business from other tenants in the Building. Tenant shall not use the Premises for any business or activity other than that specifically provided for in such Tenants lease. Canvassing, soliciting and distribution of handbills or any other written material, and peddling in the Building are prohibited and each tenant shall cooperate to prevent same.
