Common use of Audits and Records Clause Clause in Contracts

Audits and Records Clause. 10.1 As used in this clause and pursuant to 67 O.S. §203, “record” includes a document, book, paper, photograph, microfilm, computer tape, disk, record, sound recording, film recording, video record, accounting procedures and practices, and other data, regardless of type and regardless of whether such items are in written form, in the form of computer data, or in any other form. Supplier agrees any pertinent federal or State agency or governing entity of a Customer shall have the right to examine and audit, at no additional cost to a Customer, all records relevant to the execution and performance of the Contract except, unless otherwise agreed, costs of Supplier that comprise pricing under the Contract.
