August 2024 Borrowing Base Certificate. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders party hereto hereby consent and agree that the Borrowing Base Certificate to be delivered on the Effective Date in accordance with Section 2.2(c) of this Amendment shall be delivered in lieu of the monthly Borrowing Base Certificate for August 2024 required to be delivered by September 20, 2024 under Section 5.01(d)(i) of the Credit Agreement.
