AUR Sales Price of Ukash vouchers to customers  Except where prior agreement is made with e-Safe, AUR shall ensure that no xxxx-up or surcharge above the face value of the Ukash voucher is levied against any customer, unless this is a standard fee or transaction cost imposed to all similar transactions, regardless of the payment method used by the customer to buy the Ukash voucher.  AUR located in a country with EUR as national currency o In case the AUR sells Ukash in a physical retail location (shop, office), the AUR is not allowed to charge a transaction cost to the customer that walks into his shop to buy a voucher. The price the Ukash customer will pay for his EUR voucher will be the face value of the voucher. o In case the AUR sells in his shop Ukash USD vouchers and is paid in EUR, he is allowed to charge a transaction cost or take a spread on the exchange rate, to cover himself against exchange loss. o In case the AUR sells Ukash vouchers online or via other electronic ways (the customer does not need to visit the physical shop of the AUR), then the AUR is allowed to ask a transaction cost for this delivery service, as long as the charge is reasonable and in line with standard electronic payment methods.  AUR located in a country outside EUR currency zone o AUR can take a spread on the payment and Ukash currency and is also allowed to charge a transaction cost in case of electronic or online sale and/or delivery of the voucher.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • Gross Settlement Amount Except as otherwise provided by Paragraph 8 below, Defendant promises to pay $290,000.00 and no more as the Gross Settlement Amount and to separately pay any and all employer payroll taxes owed on the Wage Portions of the Individual Class Payments. Defendant has no obligation to pay the Gross Settlement Amount (or any payroll taxes) prior to the deadline stated in Paragraph 4.3 of this Agreement. The Administrator will disburse the entire Gross Settlement Amount without asking or requiring Participating Class Members or Aggrieved Employees to submit any claim as a condition of payment. None of the Gross Settlement Amount will revert to Defendant.

  • Required Vendor Sales Reporting By responding to this Solicitation, you agree to report to TIPS all sales made under any awarded Agreement with TIPS. Vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS. If the TIPS Member entity requesting a price from the awarded Vendor requests the TIPS contract, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract number on any communications with the TIPS Member entity. If awarded, you will be provided access to the Vendor Portal. To report sales, login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and click on the PO’s and Payments tab. Pages 3-7 of the Vendor Portal User Guide will walk you through the process of reporting sales to TIPS. The Vendor or vendor assigned dealers are responsible for keeping record of all sales that go through the TIPS Agreement and submitting same to TIPS.

  • Market Adjustment The parties to this Agreement recognize the appropriateness of market pay adjustments in rare instances for compelling reasons. To effectuate judgments in such cases, the President and AAUP Chapter President, in consultation, shall each name three (3) individuals to a university Market Evaluation Committee. Deans may submit recommendations for market pay adjustments with supporting written reasons to the committee. Said Committee shall consult with the President concerning proposed market pay adjustments reporting its advice not later than May 15 in each year. Upon the favorable recommendation of the President and the Chancellor, market pay adjustments may be approved effective at the beginning of that pay period including September 1 of the following year. Not more than one (1) market pay adjustment per one hundred (100) full-time members, or fraction thereof, may be recommended in any contract year. A member’s salary may not be increased beyond the maximum for the rank. Funding for this program shall be governed by Article 12.10.2.

  • Ticket Sales X. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to provide Artist’s representative with advance sales statistics preceding the date of the Event. Purchaser accepts full liability for counterfeit tickets. Under no circumstances will Artist assume loss of income from counterfeit tickets.
