Standard Fee definition

Standard Fee means a fee designated as such (and paid in the circumstances set out and at the levels set out) in this Specification;
Standard Fee means a fee payable under this Specification for a case or an item of work which is calculated on a basis other than Hourly Rates;
Standard Fee means pre-established fees DES pays for the Services under this RFQ, which shall be paid in United States dollars.

Examples of Standard Fee in a sentence

  • Each party will share equally in the cost of arbitration, except that the party requesting arbitration shall be solely responsible for paying the filing fee required by the AAA Standard Fee Schedule, including the Initial Filing Fee and the Case Service Fee, and the party requesting arbitration must further file the AAA form entitled “Demand for Arbitration – Commercial”.

  • For instance if the substantive matter is an asylum matter payable under the Standard Fee Scheme; you should use the combination IALB: IGOL for the Stage Disbursement Claim.

  • Fees will be on the basis of hourly rates and fixed expenses as outlined in the PROFESSIONAL’S Standard Fee Schedule.

  • This does not apply to the Graduated Fee Scheme for Family Advocacy where it is not possible to escape from the Standard Fee but additional payments may be due in certain cases as set out in Part D of this section 7.

  • References to “3” mean that if remuneration, calculated on an Hourly Rates basis, would be at least three times the amount payable by way of a Standard Fee, payment will be made solely by way of Hourly Rates.


More Definitions of Standard Fee

Standard Fee means a fee payable under this Specification for a case or an item of work which is calculated on a basis other than hourly rates and which are set out in the Remuneration Regulations;
