Australian Quarantine Inspection Service. Without limiting the application of clause 1.11, the Customer must not do anything at the Location which would in any way prejudice the continuing use of the Location for the storage of food and must comply with all requirements of the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (“AWE”) and any other body of competent jurisdiction. The Customer acknowledges that the Company may receive and be required to act upon directions from AWE officers in respect to the Goods or Services in order to comply with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements and acknowledges and agrees that the Company will not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the Company complying with this clause.

The Customer acknowledges that the Company may receive and be required to act upon directions from AWE DAFF officers in respect to the Goods or Services in order to comply with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements and acknowledges and agrees that the Company will not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the Company complying with this clause.
