Document Inspection. In accordance with section 216.1366, F.S., the Department or a state agency is authorized to inspect the: (a) financial records, papers, and documents of the Contractor that are directly related to the performance of the Contract or the expenditure of state funds; and (b) programmatic records, papers, and documents of the Contractor which the Department or state agency determines are necessary to monitor the performance of the Contract or to ensure that the terms of the Contract are being met. The Contractor shall provide such records, papers, and documents requested by the Department or a state agency within 10 Business Days after the request is made.

Document Inspection. Each Party shall retain a duly executed copy of this Lease Agreement (including any amendments thereto) in its files, and shall, upon request and subject to the provisions contained herein, provide the FCC or any other governmental body with a photocopy of this Lease Agreement.

Document Inspection. Buyer and Seller acknowledge that Buyer shall inspect the Property and shall examine, review and inspect the Seller Deliveries. Seller hereby covenants and agrees that Seller shall deliver to Buyer or give Buyer access to all of the Seller Deliveries. Seller shall not intentionally withhold from Buyer any or all of the Seller Deliveries. Seller does not make any representation or warranty with respect to the accuracy of any of the Seller Deliveries that have been prepared by third parties, rather than by Seller. Seller does represent and warrant, that to the best of its knowledge, all of the Seller Deliveries prepared by Seller, itself, are accurate, in all material respects.
Document Inspection. Seller shall make available (and copy if requested) all of the following to Purchaser within five (5) days after the Effective Date to the extent that such items are in the possession, custody or control of Seller: (a) copies of any environmental, physical condition, ADA and other reports relating to the Property in Seller's possession; (b) a list and complete copies of all Operating Agreements, including any amendments and other documents pertaining hereto; (c) plans, permits, specifications and certificates of occupancy for the Real Property; (d) all other reports, surveys, or other information (including, without limitation, any notices with respect to the Property received from any governmental agency) in Seller's possession relating to the Property; (e) the last 12 months utility bills and other operating expenses for the Real Property; (f) existing insurance policies for the Property; (g) existing leases, licenses, permits and certificates pertaining to the Property; and (h) such other operating files maintained by Seller in connection with the maintenance or management of the Property, including, without limitation, insurance policies, bills, invoices, receipts and other general records relating to the income and expense of the Property, but excluding materials not directly relating to the maintenance and/or management of the Property, such as, without limitation, Seller's internal memoranda, financial projections, budgets, appraisals, accounting and tax records, correspondence and documents to and from prospective purchasers and brokers, and similar proprietary or confidential information.
