AUTHORISATION AND ATTESTATION. Tenders shall be signed by a person duly authorized/empowered to do so. An attested copy of the Power of Attorney/Board Resolution, in case the tender is signed by an individual other than the sole proprietor shall be submitted along with the tenders.
