AUTHORISATION OF ORDERS. 3.1. The User authorizes and instructs the Bank to act according to all orders for the execution of transactions that are received through 1bank or a TPP acting on behalf of the User and/or Account Holder (including a Co-Account Holder), provided that such orders are verified by the Bank as authorized by the Account Holder (including a Co-Account Holder) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or in accordance with the authorization procedures of the TPP.
