Authorisations and Development Documents. The Applicant must: use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that each Development Consent is maintained and remains effective without amendment for the benefit of the Project; obtain all necessary consents and all necessary grants, releases, waivers, modifications, covenants and other matters desirable to enable the Project to be completed. exercise its rights and comply with its obligations under each Development Document; and ensure (so far as this is within its control) that others exercise their rights and comply with their obligations under each Development Document.
