Common use of Authorised Representative and Project Manager Clause in Contracts

Authorised Representative and Project Manager. 5.8.1 The Concessionaire shall, within 30 (thirty) days from the Agreement Date, nominate its Authorised Representative and shall authorise him for all correspondence, communication, signing of documents, participation in meetings etc. with Maha-Metro in respect of the Project and issues relating to or arising out of the Agreement.
