Common use of Authorised Use Clause in Contracts

Authorised Use. Zoomo authorises you to use the Vehicle during the Term for Authorised Business Use and/or Authorised Personal Use, provided that such use must not involve Unauthorised Use. Authorised Business Use includes commercial last mile food and/or grocery delivery services, in accordance with local road rules and legislation. Authorised Personal Use includes operation of the Vehicle on roads in accordance with local road rules and legislation.
