Authorised Use. As between CCH and the Customer, the Customer is and will remain the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. CCH and its subcontractors will only use Customer Data as (a) necessary to provide CCH eLending to Customer; (b) as permitted or required by law; (c) expressly authorised under these Terms; and
