AUTHORITY AND FUNCTIONS. 11.2.2.1 Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, and deriving its authority from the Members in General- or Special Meeting, the Trustees shall have both the authority and responsibility for the efficient and effective management and control of the business and affairs of the ASSOCIATION.
