Governmental Function. In accordance with C.G.S. § 1-218, if the amount of this Contract exceeds two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000), and the Contractor is a "person" performing a "governmental function", as those terms are defined in C.G.S. § 1 200(4) and (11), the Agency is entitled to receive a copy of the Records and files related to the Contractor's performance of the governmental function, which may be disclosed by the Agency pursuant to the FOIA.
Governmental Function. The Parties expressly agree that, in all things relating to this Agreement, the COUNTY is performing a governmental function, as defined by the Texas Tort Claims Act. The Parties further expressly agree that every act or omission of the COUNTY, which, in any way, pertains to or arises out of this Agreement falls within the definition of governmental function.

3. The provisions of Articles 15, 16 and 18 shall apply to remuneration and pensions in respect of services rendered in connection with a business carried on by a Contracting State or a local authority thereof.

Governmental Function. In accordance with Ind. Code § 10-14-3-15, any function under this Agreement and any other activity relating to emergency management is a governmental function.
Governmental Function. The Parties agree that the County and Subrecipient are entering this Agreement in the exercise of their respective governmental functions under the Texas Tort Claims Act. The Parties also agree that the County and Subrecipient are entering into this Agreement each as a governmental entity performing a governmental function in their own respective capacity.
