Authority and Implementation. 1.1. The Port shall be responsible for the administration and implementation of these Procedures with input, if any, from the CUFAC, as set forth below. 1.2. The Port, working cooperatively with the CUFAC, will use its best efforts to allocate and schedule Gates in a fair manner pursuant to SLOA and these Procedures.
