Common use of Authority and Power of the Employer Clause in Contracts

Authority and Power of the Employer. The laws of the State of Minnesota have vested in the Employer the full authority and power to manage, control and direct the operation of the School District, and to adopt, modify or repeal policies, rules and regulations for the District. All such authority and power of the Employer shall continue unimpaired, except as limited by a specific provision of this Agreement.
