Authority Changes – Change Proposal. As soon as practicable and in any event within fifteen (15) Business Days after having received the Authority Notice of Change, the Contractor shall deliver to the Authority the Change Proposal. The Change Proposal shall include the opinion of the Contractor on: whether relief from compliance with obligations is required, including the obligations of the Contractor to achieve any Delivery Date or other date set out in the Contract, and meet the requirements set out in the Schedule of Requirements during the implementation of the Authority Change; any impact on the fulfilment of the Contractor Deliverables; and any amendment required to this Contract as a result of the Authority Change.
