Common use of Authority Contribution to Funding Clause in Contracts

Authority Contribution to Funding. The Authority may, following the date on which an Estimate is confirmed, agree to meet all or, to the extent the Contractor has obtained funding for part of the Capital Expenditure, the remaining part of the estimated Capital Expenditure, provided that where the Contractor has already incurred costs in obtaining funding for all or part of the Capital Expenditure which the Authority subsequently elects to meet, such costs which have been reasonably and properly incurred shall be reimbursed by the Authority within thirty (30) Business Days following the receipt of an invoice in respect of the same from the Contractor.
