Common use of Authority of Each Client Clause in Contracts

Authority of Each Client. Each of you acting alone is authorized to do the following on behalf of the Account, without notifying any of the other principals: ▪ buy and sell (including short sales) and otherwise deal in stocks, bonds and other securities, whether or not on margin; ▪ receive any and all communications from us or third parties, including confirmations, statements and other notifications; ▪ receive and withdraw money, securities or other property, without limitation in amount; and sign, make, change, waive or cancel authorizations, agreements and documents as we may require in connection with the Account.

Authority of Each Client. Each of you acting alone is authorized to do the following on behalf of the Account, without notifying any of the other principals: ▪  buy and sell (including short sales) and otherwise deal in stocks, bonds mutual funds and other securities, whether or not on marginsecurities offered by XXX; ▪  receive any and all communications from us or third parties, including confirmations, statements and other notifications; ▪  receive and withdraw money, securities or other property, without limitation in amount; and sign, make, change, waive or cancel authorizations, agreements and documents as we may require in connection with the Account.

Each of you you, acting alone alone, is authorized authorized, through your Portfolio Manager, to do the following on behalf of the Account, without notifying any of the other principals: ▪  buy and sell (including short sales) and otherwise deal in stocks, bonds and other securities, securities whether or not they are on margin; ▪  receive any and all communications from us or third parties, including confirmations, statements and other notificationsstatements, etc.; ▪  receive and withdraw money, securities or other property, property without limitation in amount; and sign,  make, change, waive or cancel authorizations, agreements and documents as we may require in connection with the Accountagreements.
