Common use of AUTHORITY OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or administrative body with jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter to be in conflict with a state or federal statute, the parties shall meet to renegotiate the invalidated provision. All remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
