Common use of Authority of the School District Clause in Contracts

Authority of the School District. The laws of the State of Minnesota have vested in the School District the full authority to manage, control and direct the operation of the school district, and to adopt, modify or repeal policies, rules and regulations for the district. All such authority of the School District shall continue unimpaired, except as limited by a specific provision of this Agreement.
