AUTHORITY OF THE TRUSTEES. (a) Subject to the provisions of this agreement, the Trustees shall have full authority to determine all question of payments and methods of providing or arranging of benefits and other related matters. The Trustees may make such rules and regulations not inconsistent with the terms hereof, as are necessary in their absolute discretion to carry out the provisions of this trust agreement.

AUTHORITY OF THE TRUSTEES. The Trustees shall have the power and authority and shall be charged with the duty of general supervision and operation of the Trust Fund, and shall conduct the business and activities of the Trust Fund in accordance with this Agreement, the Trust Joinder Agreements, rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Trustees and applicable law.
AUTHORITY OF THE TRUSTEES. In no case shall the Trust be liable for any delay of any corporation or other Person in transferring securities selected for delivery as all or part of any payment in kind.
