Common use of Authority Right to Terminate Clause in Contracts

Authority Right to Terminate. The Authority will not terminate the Project Agreement in whole or in part during the Step-In Period except as set out in this Section 4.5. The Authority will be entitled to terminate the Project Agreement during the Step-In Period by written notice to Project Co, the Agent and the Appointed Representative:
