Authority to Act and Good Standing. Provider has full legal power and authority to execute and deliver this Contract, and provide the services and materials as set forth herein. Provider is duly licensed, qualified and in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in all jurisdictions in which it conducts business activities relating in any way to the performance of the services and delivery of the materials under this Contract, including, but not limited to, the jurisdiction in which Provider is organized. Neither Provider’s personnel nor any subcontractor personnel shall be employees of the City.
