Authority to Agree. By agreeing to this Agreement and using Regimen Profiler, you warrant and agree that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the Practice.
Authority to Agree. Each person executing this Agreement below, on behalf of the parties to this Agreement, hereby represents and warrants that he or she has full authority to execute this Agreement and the respective Xxxxx Settlement Agreements or Nationwide Settlement Agreements executed by him or her currently herewith. The Parties hereby represent and warrant that there has been no assignment or transfer whatsoever of any of the claims released herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Xxxxx represents and warrants to each of the Nationwide Parties that the Entrade Notes are not subject to the restraining order issued by the Superior Court of California, County of Orange, Case No. 01CC06870, and nothing in that case or any other case in any other court prohibits, restrains or otherwise adversely impacts Xxxxx’x right and ability to enter into and perform all of the terms of this Agreement, and to compromise the obligations allegedly owed Xxxxx by any of the Nationwide Parties.
Authority to Agree. Each party hereto expressly warrants that is has the necessary authority to execute this Completion Agreement and that each signatory hereto has authority to execute this Completion Agreement on behalf of the respective named party.
Authority to Agree. The person signing below affirms that he or she has authority to agree on behalf of everyone in his or her party or family.
Authority to Agree. If the customer is entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, they represent and warrant that they have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
