Authority to authenticate. Each of the Registrar, the Transfer Agent or their designated agent is authorised and instructed by the Current Issuer to authenticate the Note Certificates as may be required to be authenticated hereunder by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar or (as the case may be) the Transfer Agent.
Authority to authenticate. Each of the Principal Paying Agent, Registrar and the Replacement Agent is authorised by the Relevant Issuer to authenticate such Temporary Global Notes, Permanent Global Notes, Definitive Notes, Global Note Certificates and Individual Note Certificates as may be required to be authenticated hereunder by the signature of any of their respective officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Principal Paying Agent, Registrar or (as the case may be) the Replacement Agent.
Authority to authenticate. The Registrar is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Global Certificate and the Individual Certificates by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar.
Authority to authenticate. Each of the Fiscal Agent and the Replacement Agents is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Temporary Global Security and the Permanent Global Security, any replacement therefor and each Definitive Security by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Fiscal Agent or (as the case may be) such Replacement Agent.
Authority to authenticate. Each of the Registrar and the Replacement Agents is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Global Note and the Individual Note Certificates by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar or (as the case may be) such Replacement Agent.
Authority to authenticate. The Registrar or its designated agent is authorised and instructed by the Issuer to (i) authenticate the Notes as may be required to be authenticated under this Agreement by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar and (ii) to transmit any Class A Notes electronically to the Common Safekeeper and to give effectuation instructions in respect of the Class A Notes following its authentication thereof.
Authority to authenticate. The Principal Paying Agent or its designated agent (in respect of the Global Ninth Issuer Notes) is authorised and instructed by the Ninth Issuer to authenticate such Ninth Issuer Notes as may be required to be authenticated hereunder by the original signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar.
Authority to authenticate. The Fiscal Agent is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Temporary Global Bond and the Permanent Global Bond, any replacement therefor and each Definitive Bond by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Fiscal Agent.
Authority to authenticate. The Fiscal Agent is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Initial Global Note and the Final Global Note, any replacement therefore, any Schedule thereto and each Definitive Note by the signature of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Fiscal Agent.
Authority to authenticate. The Registrar is authorised by the Issuer to authenticate the Global Notes and the Definitive Note Certificates (if any) by the signature manually or in facsimile of any of its officers or any other person duly authorised for the purpose by the Registrar. Definitive Note Certificates so executed and authenticated shall be binding and enforceable obligations of the Issuer.
